Service Advisor (Automotive) Job Responsibilities: *Able to handle customers' car service issues *Handle daily operations of the service centre *Handle all warranty claims for the service centre *Coordinate with different departments on service and repair jobs *Submit weekly and monthly reports to management Job Requirements: *Min 'O' Levels and above *Must be able to converse well in English and Mandarin *Good interpersonal and excellent customer service *Min 3 years working experience in Automotive industry Salary:Negotiable Location:Ubi Working Hours:5.5 days Interested applicants to submit a detailed resume (with Photo) in MS Word format and to include information on the following: 1.
