Restaurant's Operations Manager Job Responsibilities: *Responsible for the business performance of all the restaurant outlets *Analyse financial performance and formulate business plans to enhance sales and profitability *Ensure cost control in terms of food and beverage stock, manpower cost, operational cost and others *Create and execute plans to enhance restaurant sales, profit and staff development *Maintain, develop and improve restaurants image in terms of customer service, quality of food and beverage and dining atmosphere *Drive initiatives to increase the profile of the restaurants Job Requirements: *Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills *Excellent People and Team Management skills *Excellent analytical and decision-making skills *Strong knowledge of cost control measures, quality control and standard consistency *Minimum 5 years' relevant experience with a proven track record in relevant restaurants *Singaporean or PR need to apply. (Ladies preferred but guys w 3 years experience in Thai/Indonesian dining concept may apply) Salary:Up to $4k Location:Sims Lane Working Hours:8-10hrs/day.
