Safety Life-line & Fall Arrest Systems) and Industrial Rope Access Engineering Solutions Early Conditional Surveys/ Inspections, Immediate Intervention for Rectifications & Repairs and strategically planned Routine Preventive Maintenance are important facets in the demands of Modern Architectural and Structural management, especially in the recent urbanizing around the world. To keep in pace with the far more demanding designs of todays architectural icons--- be it architectural or structural, the need for a safe, multi-efficient and cost effective immediate method of access and a fall-arrest/ safety life-line system is crucial. These elements should be integrated into the blue-print at the earliest stage of planning & designing not only for aesthetics but as to allow contingency should there be a need for rescue operations during the construction phase or merely should it be required to assist in the construction stage.
