Corporate Service Administrator

Industry: Gas & Safety Industry Position: Corporate Service Administrator Responsibilities: * Administration related to office matters & documentation. * Attending to incoming calls and sorting of mails in the absence of the receptionist * Incharge of the maintenance of office upkeeping and cleanliness, including meeting rooms and etc. * Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior. Job Requirements: * Chinese, Female preferred. (25 - 35 Years Old) * Diploma in Business Studies or GCE 'A' Level. * Min. 2-3 years relevant experience. * Neat, organised and systematic. * Customer service oriented. * Bilingual in both English & Chinese-Mandarin. * Full-Time position. * Singaporeans & SPR Only. Salary: Depending on experience.
