Retail Store Manager Job Responsibilities: *The overall daily operation of the store *The new Store Manager will be in charged with effective team management to meet business goals and to ensure that the outlet is an attractive place to work *Continuously develop the store's sales operations *Provide outstanding customer service *He/ she will develop and implement local marketing activities *The new Manager will represent the Outlet image and be a proactive ambassador in the the local community Job Requirements: *Experienced in organizing and leading staff training in product knowledge, selling skills,store decoration, operational routines and IT systems *Be able to demonstrate a successful retail management sales experience background - preferably in the interior design and/ or fashion industry *Weekend work is required *Sales & customer service-oriented individual with a responsible and enthusiastic attitude, who understands and has a passion for modern, interior design *Pleasant looking (Must attach photo) *Singapore citizens or PR only may apply *No preferred gender, Singaporean or Malaysian-Chinese/European/or the likes Salary:Salary is negotiable depending on experience Location:Central Working Hours:Mon-Sun with 1.5 days off/week Interested applicants to submit a detailed resume (with Photo) in MS Word format and to include information on the following: 1.
