Industry: Contruction & Maintenance Industry (Petrochemical) Position: Property Manager Job Requirements: * Min Diploma in Building Estate Management / Electrical Eng/ Mechanical Eng/ or equivalent with relevant experience, Dip. (10 years exp) Deg. (5 years exp). * Strong leadership qualities. * Good presentation skills. * Previous employment with Indeco Engineers Pte Ltd / Keppel FMO Pte Ltd / SMM Pte Ltd would be an added advantage. * Managing the accounts and finances of the real estate properties. * Participating in or initiating litigation with tenants, contractors and insurance agencies. * Full-Time position. * Singaporeans & SPR Only. Salary: $4,000 - $5,000 Monthly (Depending on qualifications & experience). Location: Yishun Industrial Park (Northern Area).
