Responsibilities: * Ability to multi-task and take on additional duties as it arises. * Able to handle full-spectrum of Adminstrative duties. * Any other ac-hoc administrative duties as assigned. Job Requirements: * Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent. * Able to handle Import and Export documentation. * Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office & general IT applications. * Able to assist in all Administrative matters. * Knowledge in basic bookkeeping, especially in Retail industry. * Sense of urgency. * Possess excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skill bilingual in both English and Mandarin. * Singapore citizens or PR only may apply. * Full-Time position. * Singaporeans & SPR Only. Salary: $1,500 - $1,700 (Depending on experience). Location: Town Area. Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Thurs 9AM-6:30PM / Fri 9AM-6PM).
