Industry: Industrial Distributor Industry Position: Accounts Assistant Requirements: * Diploma/Certificate in Accountancy/ Professionally qualified ACCA. * At least 2-3 years experience in handling full set of accounts. prepare consolidated accounts and reporting and subsidiary companies accounts, preferable for those who have worked in a trading firm (dealing with foreign currencies). * MUST be able to manage Cashflow effectively. * Preferably have experience handle 'Daceasy' accounting software. * Bilingual in English & Chinese. Job Description: * Handle full set of accounts, ensuring timely month-end closing & preparation of financial statements. * Preparation & submission of quarterly GST returns & tax computation to IRAS. * Manage monthly cash flows, weekly cash reports and monthly cash flow projection. * Balance sheet reconciliation. * Budgeting and Forecasting. * Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned. * Full-Time position. * Singaporeans/ SPR/ Malaysians need to apply.
